Through a tested process, iMerit trains and employs rural youth and women in IT skill sets to create value-added teams that delivers results to a global client base. iMerit integrates with your teams so that you can build new processes and add value to your business with speed and efficiency.

Labor Supply

iMerit mobilizes and trains youth and women from marginalized rural communities in East India. More than 90% of iMerit’s employees live at or below the poverty line of $1.25 per day.

Social Impact

Social Impact is measured both in terms of livelihoods created and in terms of increases to monthly income for families. Most iMerit employees starting salary is roughly 3x times what they were making in previous informal employment. Collectively with sister organization Anudip Foundation, iMerit has generated over 15,000 livelihoods to date.
