Mission

Our Mission is to help disadvantaged individuals enjoy healthier and more dignified lives through gainful employment.

Connecting these individuals with service providers and outsourcers calls for a centralized hub of information. That’s us.

By the Numbers

Our mission is a response to staggering employment statistics reported by the ______, ______, and ______.

81.5 percent of workers in Africa are classified as working poor. Three out of four jobs in sub-Saharan Africa can be labeled “vulnerable.” One of the greatest issues facing developing countries is a growing population in need of employment. Countries with rapid growth rates are experiencing a “youth bulge”, with young people entering the workforce forming a significant percentage of the population. To employ youth entering the workforce and help decrease unemployment among the young by 50 percent, over 700 million jobs will need to be created by 2020.

It’s no secret that the employment sitation in Sub-Saharan Africa is in trouble. But we can help – by providing jobs to those in need, and making it cost-effective for businesses to break their business processes into ‘outsourcable’ tasks.

Why Impact Sourcing?

Impact Sourcing is outsourcing that benefits disadvantaged individuals in low employment areas, including those without access to higher education. It has the potential to alleviate poverty for millions of people in a sustainable manner by creating higher-paying jobs in the formal economy. People from poor and vulnerable communities are trained and employed in digital work centers to provide high-quality, information-based services and other microwork to clients worldwide.

But Isn’t Outsourcing Bad?

Elaborate on this?
